All orders placed at Shopping House are processed within 1 to 3 business days .
The estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Shipping within Colombia : between 3 and 8 business days after processing.

• International shipping : between 8 and 15 business days , depending on the destination country.

IMPORTANT:

• Shopping House is not responsible for packages stolen once delivered, nor for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information at the address provided by the customer.

• We are also not responsible if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

• It is the customer's obligation to correctly enter the shipping information at the time of purchase.

Shipping Service

Our shipments are made through FedEx, DHL or equivalent door-to-door services .
This means the package can be left at the door without the need for hand-delivery.

• Shopping House is not responsible if the carrier does not take photographic evidence at the time of delivery.

• If you wish to have your package delivered with an authorized signature , you must write to us in advance to request it and coordinate specific instructions with the shipping company.

Changes in the delivery address

Any changes to the address after the package has been dispatched will incur an additional cost , which must be borne by the customer.

Deliveries with signature required

• In some cases, the carrier may request a signature (indirect, direct, or adult signature).
  If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the delivery person will leave an attempted delivery sticker on the door.

• If no signature is required , the package will be left at the indicated address without direct confirmation.
